Paula is a mom to two small humans and a proud Tía to two more. Her coaching career took shape alongside early motherhood, so the two are deeply intertwined. The patience, curiosity, and adaptability she brings to parenting show up in her coaching, and vice versa. Raising her children has given her a front-row seat to how different neurotypes show up in families—and a deep appreciation for meeting people exactly where they are.
Paula is deeply invested in her work and her family—and equally committed to being a whole human. That means hammock naps, unapologetic dives into fiction (yes, romantasy counts), and, in recent years, a growing obsession with chocolate-making. She’s been known to quietly hand out packaged treats to unsuspecting colleagues, friends, and family—because everyone deserves a little surprise delight.
