The mother
Paula is a mom to two small humans and a proud Tía to two more. Her coaching career took shape alongside early motherhood, so the two are deeply intertwined.
The patience, curiosity, and adaptability she brings to parenting show up in her coaching, and vice versa. Raising her children has given her a front-row seat to how different neurotypes show up in families—and a deep appreciation for meeting people exactly where they are.

Veraz and me
I have fond memories of visiting my family in their office in Buenos Aires.
I recall the hustle and bustle of employees, demonstrations of early computer systems, and particularly my grandmother’s dedication to excellence. She was one of the first female executives in Argentina and she blazed a path, in part, by holding herself and her business to the highest standard.
It is in this tradition that I began Veraz Human Strategies.
