Our coaching groups bring together people who are navigating similar challenges and want a thoughtful, supportive place to grow. Each week, one member brings a real-life challenge to the group for live coaching. While one person is in the spotlight, everyone benefits by learning practical tools, new perspectives, and coaching strategies they can apply to their own lives. Throughout the process, we create a confidential space where you can think clearly, practice new approaches, prepare for important conversations, and make decisions with greater confidence. We also check in along the way to see how things are going and support you as you put your insights into action. You'll also get just-in-time tools and strategies to better navigate the workplace.
