How we'll work together

Every engagement begins with a conversation with the team leader or sponsor to clarify goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.

Based on your team’s needs, recommendations may include:

  • Team and individual assessments
  • Workshops or training to build a shared language and understanding
  • Individual coaching for team members or leaders
  • Other targeted services to strengthen the team foundation

From there, the coach meets with team members and the team leader or sponsor to assess readiness, surface key themes, and identify opportunities for growth.

The coaching process then moves into facilitated team sessions where we establish teaming agreements, address obstacles, and build the habits that support stronger collaboration and performance.

Because every team is different, team coaching is highly customized and evolves through ongoing conversations with the leader or sponsor to assess progress and adjust as needed.

How is confidentiality handled?

We fully respect our clients and their need to feel safe working with us.  For that reason, confidentiality will be discussed at the outset of every engagement with each client.  Coaching, workshops, planning, and consulting all require different shades of nuance as we move forward together.

Can services be customized?

Of course!  Each engagement is designed to move you to success – whatever that looks like for you.  Your services are tailored to your needs and environment. When working in organizations, there are often several layers and combinations of services that compliment one another to create greater impact.
