Imagine being able to tell executive candidates during the interview process that they won’t be left to “figure it out” alone. Instead, they’ll step into a thoughtful, customized onboarding experience designed to help them succeed from day one.

Before calendars become overloaded and reactive patterns take hold, coaching sessions are already protected on the schedule. Support begins immediately, not six months after problems appear.

We partner with hiring leaders, HR teams, and the executive themselves to create a plan tailored to the organization’s needs and the leader’s goals. Depending on the situation, engagements may include:

How is confidentiality handled?

We fully respect our clients and their need to feel safe working with us.  For that reason, confidentiality will be discussed at the outset of every engagement with each client.  Coaching, workshops, planning, and consulting all require different shades of nuance as we move forward together.

Can services be customized?

Of course!  Each engagement is designed to move you to success – whatever that looks like for you.  Your services are tailored to your needs and environment. When working in organizations, there are often several layers and combinations of services that compliment one another to create greater impact.
